Title: Vista and 4800 auto cut options missing?

Am I missing something, but in the manual it says there are these options: Off, Single Cut, Normal Cut and Double Cut. I only see Normal cut shown. I am basically trying to get it to not waste the 1-2 inches of paper at the end.
