Title: Canon 5DII Video software

I've never shot a video in my life but now I have the capability in the 5DII so what software is preferred to edit the video/sound with? XP Pro OS and reasonably priced! If you want to share the videos what is the best way and quality to post on the web?

Does anyone know whether premiere elements can work with 5d2 files in hd?
