Title: Photoshop CS4 Interface Question [make adjustment layer panels pop out?]

Is it possible to make adjustment layers such as curves and levels pop out instead of displaying in the right hand adjustment panel? I cannot find a way to disable the adjustment panel and reenable the old (pre-cs4) pop out windows,
