Is it possible to easily migrate a Lightroom Library [without loosing or screwing anytthing up] from Windows to Mac?

Yep. Just move the .lrcat and .lrdata files/folders over to the Mac, and open the .lrcat file in Lightroom.
In other words, the only "migration" required is to open the library!
You might find that LR can't find the folders where it expected them (the folders would show up as red in LR 1.x) but you can easiliy right-click (or control-click if you're stuck with a one-button mouse) on the red folder and tell LR where it's moved to.
