Post by: doubledark on July 06, 2008, 05:47:25 pm
Hi all

I'm after some feedback on a Phase One H 101 back (to use for arch photography with a camera like the Cambo Wide)

cheers

It depends on which model you mean, technically all of the Phase One Backs with the H series Hasselblad Mount Are H101 backs. The original (just called H101 Back) one was only 6-10 megapixel with a35 sized sensor and worked tethered only, I would think that would not be a good choice as the wide lenses would not be as effective. But the later ones with the 22 megapixel and 39 megapixel 4x5cm chips would work well. P-25 h101 or P-45 h101. The P-30 version is not recommended for shift and tilt cameras. Also you could get an adapter for any of the P-series backs with any mount to fit the cambo wide.
