Note that I am using CS2 camera raw  I use the raw function and set the highlight using Alt and the exposure slider to pick out the brightest pixel but when I import the image to PS and use a threshold layer the highlight in threshold is usually about 245 and not 255 as expected Is camera raw using a "clipping" value in accordance with what a lot of PS authors recommend such as Scott Kelby ie 15 15 15 245 245 245 in the levels options? Why the difference and which is "correct"
