Title: Canon 40D updates

I am considering buying a slightly used Canon 40D bought in August 07.  Does anyone know if there have been updates to the camera itself since then that would make buying a new one more beneficial?

The only updates would be firmware updates which you would have access to as long as you can access the internet. That would make it equal to a new one from what Canon has done.
