Title: CS3 Print with Preview menu item gone

Dont know what I did but I can no longer select print with preview.  It is no longer visable as a selection.  Any ideas?

Photoshop CS3 never had print with preview, it was dropped after CS2. The CS3 print dialog box now contains the preview print.
