Title: LCD Screen Sharpness setting?

Just thhis week I moved from the old pc and CRT to new mac and LCD, the NEC 2190. The onscreen settings allow screen sharpness to be set from 0-100 %. Given that I will later view images in post processing and make judgement on sharpening amount, what should the screen be set to?
