EIZO ColorNavigator software includes driver for "DTP94 B".

Where can I find this version information? My DPT94 is from April 2004. I can't find anything on a revision 'B'.

I looked at the bottom of my DTP94 (bought about a year ago) and it very clearly says DTP94B.
