Title: Calibrate external CRT monitor Imac

Is it possible to attach an external CRT monitor ( I have an old LaCie I'd like to attach ) to one of the new Imacs and calibrate it ?  If you can, does  it act as a mirror of the Imac or is it an independent monitor.  the first Imacs , if my memory is correct,  allowed you to attach an external monitor but it mirrored the Imac's monitor.

Yes, you can and it can either mirror or work as a dedicated unit.
