Title: Clarification on iPF Wiki Membership
Post by: John Hollenberg on December 13, 2007, 10:16:09 am
Due to the change in the space name on Wikispaces to canonipf from canonipf5000, I created a "dummy" space canonipf5000 whose sole function is to point users to the new and correct URL.  Unfortunately, a number of people have now requested membership in canonipf5000, rather than in canonipf.  I won't be granting membership in canonipf5000, as there is nothing there!

Please request membership in the canonipf space after clicking on the forwarding link.  For those who thought they were being ignored, I apologize for any confusion caused by the name change.  We want you as members on canonipf!!!

Correct URL again (and where to request membership so you can post to the discussion forum) is:

http://canonipf.wikispaces.com (http://canonipf.wikispaces.com)

Title: Clarification on iPF Wiki Membership

We are still getting a couple of people per day trying to join the Wikispace canonipf5000.  As noted previously, membership in this space is of no value, because all it has is a link to the new URL:

http://canonipf.wikispaces.com (http://canonipf.wikispaces.com)

The link above is to canonipf (not canonipf5000) and is the space you need to go to join so you can participate in the discussion.  Of course, you don't need to join to read the Wiki.
