Title: Batch cloning?

I've got a set of about 200 images that were shot in a single day. Unfortunately there's some serious dust spots that need to be removed in most all of the shots. What's the best and quickest way to go about "batch cloning" out these problem areas?

Camera Raw in CS3, has the same feature as lightroom, where you can apply the same spot removal to all selected images! However, you will want to watch it!!
