Title: m645 Extension Tube on 645AFDII

My understanding was that Mamiya m645 lens would fit the 645AFDII.

I purchased an extension tube but it does not seem to fit.  It also has some levers that seem foreign.  

Did I misunderstand the m645 --> 645AF issue?

it will work if you use a m645 lens with it. are you using it with an af lens?

the level is to select the aperture position on manual lenses
