Any good resources out there to learn more?

Randal,

If you open up C1 Pro and go to the Help drop down menu.
Under the Help menu go to Capture One PRO Help.  It is a
tutorial that will walk you through all the tools, organizing
images, color management, special features and tips and
tricks.
