Title: Pro's & Con's of Adobe ACE vs Apple Colorsync, etc

Is there any advantage in using Adobe ACE engine vs Apple's Colorsync, etc.?  Here's a screen grab with the parameter in question.

I'm runnng OS X - whether that makes a difference or not.  Thanks.

Use ACE. End of story. No bugs that anyone has reported since day one, the ability to use Black Point Compensation.
