Title: PS CS3 installation

I have spent a day trying to install PS CS3 upgrade (windows)
I used the cleaner to clean the beta version
the installer stops at the first step, system check, with the following error message
Installation cannot continue until the following applications are closed:
internet explorer
Of course internet explorer is not running and I even turned off my virus protection (Avast)
Any help would be appreciated

What was it, Marc? I'd like to know so when I finally bite the bullet and do the upgrade, I won't have the same problem.
