Hello,
I remember that Lightroom used to have a "no color management" option in the print module like PS, but notice that in v 1.0, it is missing. In general I print profile targets from PS, but it is sometime more convenient to print them from LR. It doesn't seem like an option that adds too much complexity, and so I wonder why it went, and whether it might come back?

Nope, I don't think it ever had such an option. Bottom line is, if you need to output files with no color management (like for printing targets to build a profile) your SOL.
Good news is you can print the targets out of Photoshop and use them in LR.

What happens if you select "Managed by Printer" in the LR Print Module, and (in the case of Epson), select "Off" (No Color Adjustment) in the driver's "Printer Color Management" window? Would that not pass the data through without adjustment?

Managed by printer is (currently) a cruel joke that does more harm than good. Stay away from that option until all the print vendors and those building our operating systems get their act together.
In a nutshell, depending on the application, OS and driver, it can work. But depending on any of these three, it can produce totally unacceptable and unknown behaviors.

Thanks for your reply! I have been finding that profiles from targets printed from PS seem to work identically in LR. I'm glad to have it confirmed!
There was a point, I don't remember which beta, where I printed a bunch of targets from PS and from LR, trying to get LR to print well. I recall using "no color management" in LR—I don't think I would have tried printing a target otherwise. I didn't get good results printing from LR either with the PS profile or the LR profile, so I just waited until LR shipped, and printed from PS.
Since the PS profiles seem now to work identically with PS and LR, it is not a big issue. I would like to keep my various targets in a LR library and print targets from there for convenience, and I so I was curious. . .
