Title: HP Z3100 + HP Premium Plus Photo Satin Q7920A ??
Post by: Thomas Krüger on May 06, 2007, 06:03:43 am
We have still some rolls of HP Premium Plus Photo Satin Q7920A from our old DJ 90.
Can this paper be used with good results on the Z3100 ?

My understanding is that Z3100 uses Vivera inks (HP 70)...while the HP Premium Plus Photo Satin is best recommended for HP 85 and 58 (See back of the packaging if you still have it).

I found this out by accident - i used it on my B9180 and was wondering why the prints werent that good...it looks ok...but only for proof prints...I wouldnt use them for final...

In case you are still wondering, i got it in one of the going out of business compusa store for 60% off...

No. You need to use micro porous papers.
