After much searching for info on the Z3100, I finally stumbled across the manuals. They are very informative...

It sounds stupid, but this page was actually pretty hard to find (or they just put it up recently) - it really helps to configure your purchase for reseller quotes, etc.
This is HP's page with almost all the options for the Z3100, including the papers, inks, spindles, etc.
