Title: Nature photography in CT
Post by: gabuja on March 26, 2007, 08:08:28 am
I will be heading to CT for a week this April 2007 and would love some sujestions. Where can I go to do some kayaking and nature photography? I have used the web to search but am finding it a bit short on details of the areas.
Thanks in advance.
Glenn

I have heard very good opinions on Litchfield Hills, Housatonic Valley and the Waterbury region - although i have never been here.

Go to www.northwestct.com for details.

Hi Glenn,
Coastal areas can be fun with the annual bird migrations. Try here (http://hartford.about.com/gi/dynamic/offsite.htm?zi=1/XJ&sdn=hartford&zu=http%3A%2F%2Fecotravel.ctaudubon.org%2F) for the Audubon Society suggestions for birding habitats, locations, etc.

Enjoy!
