Title: P30 ICC Profiles Question?

Call me stupid, have had my P30 for a month now and have had many shoots without a hitch! For the last few days have been trying to figure out what to do with the ICC profiles. Since I got it, it has been on default product flash. I read the manual and there wasn't anything at all helpful there either.

Is it as simple as matching the ICC Profile to whatever light you're shooting under?

Hope this isn't as stupid a question as it sounds, just trying to get my colors as accurate as possible.
