Title: Best software to improve blurry images and slightly out of focus images

I have some images where focus is slightly off the main subject of interest and others that are blurry form camera shake, motion blur etc that I would like to improve. I have an old version of Focus Magic but imagine there may be better alternatives today?

I very much like Focus Magic; it has two ways of sharpening; one that can refine detail and one for unsharpness by movement in a straight line.

Topaz is pretty good at that kind of thing.
