Yesterday I updated my IOS to Tahoe 26.4.1 and also the driver for my Canon Pro 4100 to Driver Ver.30.10.1.0 (Mac).
I am happily printing through Canon Professional Print & Layout but I thought I might aswell keep the Canon driver up to date…
When I try to set up a print through Lightroom Classic, my Custom Media settings don’t appear (see attachment)…
As I said earlier - this doesn’t really affect me but maybe check before you update if it is important to you…..or
am I just forgetting to do something to enable the new driver to find my media settings??
P.S.!!
I just remembered that you have to go to the Media Configuration Tool and make any kind of change to your Custom Settings i.e. move a paper up or down on the list and then register that…the Custom Settings then appear!

Just an update.
I thought I would try the new Driver printing with Lightroom and Photoshop and comparing those prints to Canon PP&L.
I remember there being a problem printing out of Lightroom with the 16-Bit box checked, so I tested that too.
To my eye, there is no difference between the three applications and having the 16 Bit box checked makes no difference either.
For pure convenience’ sake, it looks like I will go back to printing out of Lightroom at 16Bit….
Also, with the old drivers, every time I exited the driver and then opened it again the “Media Type” had always defaulted back to “Plain Paper” …not anymore, it stays where I left it!

Don't know what other differences there may be in executing the two prints, but the one on the right appears to have stronger reds. Shows up in the berries nicely.

I have just double-checked - that is a cellphone pic, maybe the light is a bit off. They are actually identical...
