Title: Possible to have Orbix Center-Axis Tilt on the rear standard of Arca Monolith?

Is it Possible to have Orbix Center-Axis Tilt on the rear standard of Arca Monolith so as to have the same center axis tilt on both standards just how one can have it on the Sinar P2/P3?
