Title: Epson Media Installer Can't Delete Epson Media Types Epson 7570

I have an Epson 7570 printer connected by Ethernet on Windows 11.  I can delete some of the Epson Media types from Epson Media Installer (EMI), but on opening EMI again the ones I have deleted from either PC or Printer or both are back as if I never deleted them.  From my understanding, this is supposed to work.  I have the latest version of EMI, 2.2.3.0.  Are there steps I am missing?  Perhaps this is a bug in the latest version?

Resolution:

Called up Epson tech support.  Tech had not heard of this problem, but said that for some reason EMI was having trouble communicating with the printer.  Recommended to uninstall EMI, go to Epson web site and download EMI from there.  I exported a few emy2 files first for media types I created for Canson papers.  After install, everything is working as expected, imported the emy2 files.  Did the software update to 2.2.3 through the Epson Software Updater and everything still works fine.  Solved!  I don't think I have ever run into a problem like this, especially because I was able to print without problems.
