Backpacked over five days. The only gear was a small but mighty Sony RX100MIII. Looking into upgrades.

I've had trips like that too. I try to enjoy the trip regardless but getting photos I'm proud of make it even more enjoyable.

Glad your hike went well, your image capture shows it did indeed.

Post by: BAB on September 24, 2025, 07:20:41 pm: I have been to that place I would suggest you going there during an electrical storm maybe the shock will motivate your creativity...not trying to be so mean but you should be able to make a few decent images without 40mi hike bottom line is you got your steps in and one good image.
