Interesting. Department store ?
Seems familiar. Maybe from one of the post war Japanese movies i have.
i wonder if it is still there or has been replaced.

I don't remember, Frank. I was passing through onmy way to Korea. This was 9 years after WW II ended. They were reconstructing everything, including Tokyo.
