Title: Circular Polarizer does not rotate freely.

I have several B&W, Heliopan , circular filters where it is becoming very difficulty to rotate, I am sure oil is not an option, how else can I free them.
They range from 77mm, 95mm,105mm, and 122mm.

No idea but oil is not the solution. Have you tried some low heat like with a hair dryer?

Somebody suggested GRAPHITE powder. Where to procure the fine kind?

Have you tried a silicone spray lubricant?

unfortunately we have all had the issues with those brands even though they are high rated the graphite powder might work or also white grease but I can assure you that it won't fix the issue for long. Best thing to do is buy another filter my suggestion is to buy a filter holder that contains a circular pole and also hold ND's
