Title: Unable to view forum posts in Win 10 and Chrome unless logged in.

Hi,
 I just switched to a new computer and was reminded that if I am not logged in, clicking on a link to a forum section or thread results in Windows 10 Chrome trying to download a .PHP file rather than navigating to the linked destination.

 This circumstance has occurred for a few years now.

 It makes me wonder how the forum could possibly attract new users, when its possible they can not view the content until they have signed up and logged in.

 Perhaps this could be fixed?

Hi, I can confirm it's been like this for ages too. If not logged in I have to hit refresh on every page for the error to go away.
