Title: HPz 3200 PS printer won't restart after power outage

Following a power outage and restoration, my 44" HPz 3200ps printer has failed to restart.  First, it got to "71%" of rebooting and froze.  I turned it off using the rear switch and turned it back on.  Now it's unresponsive to any input---only a white screen on the printer.  Suggestions?

Oo that doesn't sound good  :o

First place I'd start is the Troubleshooting section of the 2100 / 3100 / 3200 service manual. Some models have some status LEDs back around the power supply / formatter area that might indicate what's going on.

Thanks, Kyle.  From what I gather, the problem is either with the formatter board or the main logic board.  I don't want to pay for one I don't need, so I think I'll email LPS computer and see what they say.

You found an error code that indicated that's the problem?
