Love those shapes and the light is sweet too!
Well done.

PS: Arrakis was unknown to me too.

Thanks, guys! I read the Dune series long ago when it first came out and there was a dune movie about 20 years ago that was interesting, but to me not as compelling as the books. Are these movies that you mention new in the last few years? I could read the books; the only thing I remember was that Paul (Arrakis?) was the Majdib(?) a long prophesied messianic figure. ???

New version of the first movie in 2021

The second is out in theaters now. Getting good reviews.

Irresistibly so! This reminds me I need to visit our nearby dunes again soon (GSDNP).

I tried to visit GSDNP many times and the weather was always absolutely awful. Sometimes, I tend to think that  I must be a magnet for really bad weather...  ???

I've had both good and bad. And the bad is truly awful! Although I think I got a nice exfoliation treatment on my face once or twice while I was there. :)
Spring can be especially harsh and unpredictable.
