Title: I found Elvis - and he's hiding in a Canyon at Capitol Reef
Post by: Dave (Isle of Skye) on February 25, 2024, 03:51:36 pm
Hi all,

Took this shot during a recent visit to Capitol Reef, as we wandered around down one of the canyons looking for shots and saw Elvis's face staring back at me from the canyon wall.

But as I look at this shot now, I am starting to think it might not be a young Elvis I was seeing after all, but a young Bryan Ferry.

What do you think?

I have just looked on google maps and actually found the exact location where I was standing when I took this shot (https://www.google.com/maps/@38.2112214,-111.1825677,2a,21.5y,314.07h,106.4t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s_vsOx6TgbdhJ65TREj47Sw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656?entry=ttu) - aint technology amazing...
