Title: Dan Well's Article on Tilt Shift Lneses

Dan, I believe the 24 mm Rokinon both tilts and shifts at the same time.  Why this ability is beyond the ability of Nikon (I believe except for Nikon's 19 mm tilt-shift lens) is beyond me.
