Title: How 2 use 16 bit plugin from Indesign

My card layout is in Indesign {A 2 page layout} How can I take advanage of the 16 bit plugin in PS when I print a card with photo?
Or do I set the card layout somewhere else in the Adobe CS2 prmium suite? KSG
