I love the story and I'm glad that you didn't venture in the dense fog. The overcast skies give a very different mood to this landscape.

Another lovely post. The view of Liñhares is beautiful. (PS: In Panjim, the capital city of Goa, we have Ponte de Liñhares, built in 1633 and named after the Portuguese Viceroy at the time.)
