I'm interested if it's possible to create piezography prints with this plotter. Thanks

No. They never supported HP thermal printers.

Only the Epson printers are supported. Visit the Inkjetmall.com website for supported printers and information on the various inkset. Depending on the size you wish to print, you could pick up a used Epson printer and repurpose it to use the piezography inkset.
