Title: [TUT] How to add a border around your photo ?

I think this was the first thing I learned in PS. It's very basic but because I often come across this question I thought it would be good to add it to my PS tutorials.

So nothing special for the PS wizards but maybe meaningful for the those just starting to learn PS.
