Title: Printer conundrum

This is the edge of an image from my 7900. It's sky, obviously, but there's this band of lighter blue that I can't explain. It runs along the leading edge of the print - left to right. The rest of the print is fine. Any ideas?

Best guess is a nozzle un-plugged during print.  Did you do a nozzle check prior to printing?

Assuming the hue of the sky is correct it looks like (one of) the magenta cartridge(s) did not print during one pass ?

First question, is it repeatable? If you rotate the image and make a print, what happens?
