The one with the pointing woman is somewhat surreal. I like it.

The one with her just standing there does nothing for me.

Woman? What woman? Why woman? There is no reason whatsoever for the top third of the picture. No woman, no cry.

The two gentlemen are quite enough. Focused expression, clothing.

Indeed, the background needs more defocus.
It strikes me as about “Proletariat vs Bourgeoisie” on the field of battle  ;)

Also, I think it would be advisable to fix the horizontal tilt, which is another distraction.
