Title: Color problem

Prints are overlaid with a green color usually starting at about 15% in to the print. Color or greyscale, both have a green overlay. Wierdly, if we put, using Photoshop, a white frame around the image, it prints perfectly with no color cast. What might be causing this? (Designjet).
