Flex Adaptor for Sinar & Horseman large format that allow you to use your digital back (H mount) or Film back (V mount ), I got both plate included. Great condition.
In order to connect with your digital back and large format lens, you also need a wake up cable. (wake up cable Sync Cable long for P, P+ and IQ on 4x5)

My original cost $1500 for Flex Adptor, $390 H mount plate, Wake up cable $90 (bought from Digital Transition Inc) total: $1980
Now selling for all the items  $1300 + 3% paypal + $30 shipping to US. You save $680
please PM or [email protected]  Thank you!
