And they say that working hard is good for your health! I like the contrast between the hard working women and the seemingly hard intellectual work done by the men (from your blog) :-)

i have been told that once you learn to bend on the hip, keeping the back straight, it is not so bad on the body. It is still hard, hard work that wears you out.
