Title: Hanemuhle Texture paper profiles wont install in Catalina?

Have a sample pack of Hanemuhle Texture Matte paper. When attempting to install the icc profiles, the Smooth profiles load fine. The Textured profiles (using copy and paste) insist on installing in the Group Container folder instead of the Colorsync/profiles folder and dont show in Lightroom. Anyone else have this bug? Running Catalina ver 10.15.5

If you see other profiles in the ColorSync/Profiles directory, put 3rd party profiles (Hahnemuhle, Canson, etc) in the same folder.  This is where all programs will access the profile you're attempting to use since it's made for those files.

You can also contact Hahnemuhle directly for further assistance as their tech has dealt with all of these possible issues.

UPDATE. Contacted Hahnemule support and received instructions for installing profiles in Catalina. Which, of course worked fine.

Was it different than Library, ColorSync, Profiles. (Drag and drop.)?

Drag all of the profiles you want to install to your desktop (We’ll move them later)

Click anywhere on the desktop to De-select anything you might have selected.    Hold down the option Key and go up to “Go” at the very top of your screen, and then down to libraries.  Once this opens you can release the Option Key.  From here, navigate to the Colorsync folder and then the Profiles folder.  Drag all of the profiles from your desktop to your open Profiles folder.

 Works fine 8)

Sounds like same old standard way to install profiles.
I just do it the same way I have done it for 12 years. Drag profiles from desktop to profiles folder.
Not sure about all those key shortcuts but mine have loaded fine on Catalina that way.
