Title: Flowers

My kids have been buying their mother a bunch of flowers each week. I've never photographed bouquets of flowers before, so I thought I'd give it a go. I wanted that grainy, slightly faded, high-key sort of look. My wife's impressed, but then she married me, so easily pleased.

Try some black and white, Bill. I've seen some lovely examples.

I think you hit what you were trying to do perfectly. They are both quite pleasing.

Very nice! I enjoy high key flower shots lately and here you got it just right. I also like how well you controlled the bokeh.
