Title: Ambiguity?

The street guys around here love ambiguity.

I feel this has it in spades.

What on earth is Fryday?
It sounds disgusting anyway.
Why on a sock
Why did someone stuff the sock
And then leave it on a railing?

Odd lot in Wales (and it's in English not Welsh).
