…sadly, but one must make do.

Thoughts?

Overall a nice shot. Was it a telephoto? I think there is some haze like appearance which is nice for the mood but I would experiment with the dehaze tool/ black levels to see if it can give a touch more contrast without changing the mood.

As for Tuscany-like shot, unfortunately Hans screwed all future look alike shots for a long time, I think it's very hard to come with something as good.

I like it and can see the resemblance. The haze looks ok to me too. Adds atmosphere.

This is quite fine, Jeremy. And not an iceberg in sight.
It looks more like Tuscany than any other non-Tuscan shot that I'vs seen. And the light is perfect.

Well done, Jeremy! Looks like my neck of the woods here in Northern California. I don't think Hans could have done much better than you with this one.

So, Jeremy,  is this really your back yard in London?   ;)

Thanks, all. Appreciated!

Armand, it was taken on a RX-10vi at 220-ml equivalent, so about a third into its range. I've already used a little dehaze; any more would, I think start to spoil the feeling of depth.

I wish! I live in chilly, drizzly Manchester, Eric, not dirty, smoky London. This is Wales; friends of ours have a cottage there and we usually spend a weekend with them in Autumn. It's the same valley as here (https://forum.luminous-landscape.com/index.php?topic=113917.msg937395#msg937395), which I took in 2016. It was a rather sunnier day this time.

I know the feeling, when people commenting suggest I should do something which I already did as much as I was comfortable with.

Wales is certainly a lot closer than Tuscany for you, Jeremy. And for landscapes it looks like a goldmine (even if it doesn't have many ice bergs.)
