Title: Lightroom applies the wrong profile and it cannot be undone

I am testing my 24mm 1.8G lens with the F-bajonet-adapter against the 24mm 1.8S lens on the Z7.

Lightroom sees these lenses the same and applies the builtin profile of the S lens also to the G lens...
I thought to see a possiblity to skip the profiles: just apply some custom lensprofile and set distortion and vignetting to zero
However that seems not correct it applies two profiles in that case... the builtin + the custom....

so far reaches the level of AI at Adobe...

If you open the raw file is PS can you assign the correct profile? I have LR Classic and PS2020 with no issues so far...

Perhaps this is Nikon's issue in that they do not differentiate between the 2 lenses?  If so is it possible to edit the EXIF info on the G? lens to make it appear as something else?  Not sure how this might be done mind you ...

Update:

LR applies the right profile, but when using the Z camera you cannot choose not to apply it even if it is an G lens with the adapter attached.
If the lens is from another manufacturer- say Sigma-then there is no profile applied.

I have a Nikkor fisheye that is made for DX format.
When combined with the Z7 and the adapter;  LR applies the lensprofile and cuts the photo to DX format- if you want it or not.

In this case it also means that when i use the fisheye lens on a Z7 and a D850 i cannot get the same photo out of it.

Unwanted behaviour that LR should address as other raw converters do not have this problem.
