Title: Early morning, Assynt

Standing on a windswept hill overlooking the mountains Canisp and Suilven with rainy squalls sweeping through every few minutes wasn't what I had hoped for on my trip to this North Western part of Scotland but it is a long way to travel and my first visit in 45 years so I wasn't going to just sit indoors. I need to work out how to best process images with this extreme dynamic range, this is my first attempt and any comments or suggestions would be welcome. Ken

A little bit too heavy on contrast and clarity, but otherwise impressive.

It's really nice. I love the atmosphere. Probably worth a lower contrast edit but this looks good too.
As they say, bad weather makes good photographs.
