Title: Ken Burns Country Music Photography

I watched the new Ken Burns documentary on Country Music last night. The topic holds little interest for me, but the photography was great. Old black and white images from the 20s and 30s, many that could easily be masterpieces that I've never seen before. Highly recommended, a 3 part series running on PBS in the US.

Alan, thanks for the PBS link. It shows 9 shows. My cable guide only showed 3 do I thought that's all there is.

If you can't get it in Europe, buy a 1 month subscription to a VPN service and sneak in the back door.

That's why I stick with Rock-it Radio, The juke in the Back, and other reliable and available Internet music stations. There's even an online version of Radio Caroline, that as a pirate radio station back in the day, helped me make it through many a cold and lonely night in the darkroom whilst the rest of Scotland was in bed with its wife - or somebody.

If they want to have copyright restrictions that separate folks, forget 'em.

Yeh, Radio Caroline.  And Radio Luxembourg. Wonderful additions to the world's music supply.  And just the media for a nineteen year old on his first foray to Europe in 1966.
